Every organisation starts somewhere.
Culture Factory is no different.
We’re still at the beginning of the journey, but we believe it’s important to be transparent about where we’re going and how we hope to get there.
Phase I – Formation
Right now, we’re focused on building foundations.
This phase includes:
- Establishing Culture Factory’s identity and governance
- Building our online platforms and community
- Producing the pilot episode of Say It For Me
- Developing relationships with potential collaborators and partners
- Testing ideas and learning what works
The goal isn’t rapid growth.
The goal is to build something solid.
Phase II – Expansion
Once foundations are established, we’ll begin expanding out activities.
This may include:
- Additional episodes and media projects
- Live events and community gatherings
- Educational programmes and workshops
- Partnerships with schools, organisations, and businesses
- New opportunities for participation
Our aim is to create more ways for people to connect, contribute, and collaborate.
Phase III – Influence
Over time, we hope Culture Factory can become a recognised platform for conversation, creativity, and community-building.
If successful, our work won’t simply create content.
It will create relationships, opportunities, and shared experiences that have a lasting impact on the communities around us.
Phase IV – Open
We deliberately leave the final phase undefined.
The future should not be decided entirely by the people who start something today.
Culture Factory exists to create culture, and culture is ultimately shaped by the people who participate in it.
We’ll continue learning, adapting, and evolving as we grow.
For now, we’re focused on taking the first steps.
Everything else begins there.
